- Thinly slice beets. Try to slice beets the same width to allow for even baking.
- In a large bowl, add sliced beets, oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Toss to coat.
- Lay prepared beets on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
