Champion Customer Service Team
PAISBOA HBT members have access to a dedicated team of Champions who are trained specifically on your health plan and are ready to help you get the most out of it. Your Champion will provide one-one-one support to help:
- Answer a question about your specific medical and Rx benefit plan
- Find a doctor or hospital that fits your health and financial needs
- Efficiently resolve issues and address inquiries regarding claims and adjustments
- Offer support with prescription drug benefits
- Get you in touch with a Nurse Health Coach who can: address everyday health concerns; help you manage a serious health condition or chronic illness; and help you prepare for doctor visits, planned procedures, and hospital admissions.
- Get you in touch with a Wellness Coach to help you make lifestyle choices that can reduce health risks.
