Medicare Advantage members: You can view your Evidence of Coverage and other plan details without logging in at ibxmedicare.com.
If you haven't done so already, you can also download the free IBX mobile app for your iPhone or Android. To log in, use the same username and password as you do when you log in at ibx.com.
Register or log in at ibx.com/login to find a doctor, hospital, or other health care provider in our extensive network by name, location, and specialty.
If you have a prescription drug (Rx) plan, you can also click the pharmacy icon on your homepage to:
Learn more about your Provider/Pharmacy network online at ibxmedicare.com/directory.
Your member ID card has important information for you and your health care providers. Always show it to doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers whenever you receive care.
If you received a new member ID card before your new plan year starts (for example, January 1), you should continue using your current ID card. When your new plan year starts, you can destroy your current card and start using the new one you received.
If you have Rx coverage, you should show your member ID card to the pharmacist when you're getting a prescription filled.
Medicare Advantage members: Show your member ID to your United Concordia Dentist, Davis Vision provider, and TruHearing® provider to receive your dental, vision, and hearing benefits.
Need a temporary copy of your ID card? Register or log in at ibx.com/login to view, print a paper copy, or request a new card.
HMO and HMO-POS members: Your plan requires you to choose an in-network primary care provider (PCP) to manage your general health needs. To choose or change your PCP, log in at ibx.com/login. You'll receive a new member ID card within 7 to 10 business days that shows your PCP's name and contact information.
Members with a Keystone HMO Proactive plan can maximize their benefits by choosing a Tier 1 PCP. Use the Find a Doctor tool at ibx.com and select HMO Proactive as your plan to search for a PCP by tier.
Members of other plans: You aren't required to select a PCP, but it's still a good idea. To choose or change your PCP, register or log in at ibx.com/login.
When you need care, you should see your PCP first, because they have the most complete picture of your medical history. If they're unavailable and you need immediate medical attention, you have other options for getting care, including retail health clinics, urgent care centers, and telemedicine if this benefit is available to you. It's important to know what your options are before you need them.
Members with a Keystone HMO Proactive plan can choose providers from three tiers in our network. You pay the lowest out-of-pocket costs when you choose providers in Tier 1 — Preferred. If you have an HMO Proactive plan, your member ID card includes this information and lists your out-of-pocket costs for common services by tier.
