For the eighth year, the Independence Blue Cross (IBX) Celebrate Caring campaign is proud to honor and celebrate our region’s top nurses for their exceptional acts of caring.
We’ve selected three remarkable winners, chosen from hundreds of heartfelt nominations, to receive the Sunshine Award named in honor of the late Paula Sunhsine, former IBX Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Executive, who helped launch Celebrate Caring in 2019.
