The Finance Rotation Program develops well-rounded associates who understand how each area of the finance division contributes to the corporate strategy. Through on-the-job training, instructor-led classes, and peer-to-peer learning, the Finance Rotation Program offers participants the opportunity to expand their business knowledge, enhance their skills, hone their financial and business acumen, and achieve their professional goals.
- Three-year program comprised of three rotations (each rotation lasts 12 months)

Eligibility
We are seeking early-career individuals, graduating seniors, or recent graduates with bachelor’s degrees in accounting, finance, math, economics, risk management, or business.
Additional skills required:
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Creative problem-solving and strong analytical reasoning skills
- The ability to work independently within established timeframes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Unless otherwise noted, most positions will be at IBX headquarters at 1901 Market Street in Philadelphia.
