While it was challenging to work full-time while being a full-time student, I wouldn’t have done it any other way! I was able to learn about my desired career field as well as make many connections with fellow Co-ops and employees at IBX. My manager treated me as if I was already an associate, which ultimately made my transition from Co-op to associate extremely smooth. I could not have asked for a better experience. I recommend it 100% to all students!

— Divya Harris, Data Insights & Reporting Analyst, 2023 Spring/Summer Co-op

IBX’s Co-op program is not only valuable for the student participating in the program but also for the team they support during their Co-op.

From the student’s perspective, they get to have real-life work experience as a full-time employee and the opportunity to try out a new career path or validate whether their current career path is right for them.

From the managers’ perspective, we get extra help with our daily workloads, have new and exciting ideas brought to the team, share knowledge/mentor a young professional coming into the workforce, and possibly have a new member join the team after their Co-op experience.
