Important information about Digestive Disease Associates, Main Line Gastroenterology, and Regional Gastroenterology of Lancaster (Regional Gi)

For several months, Independence has been in discussions with Digestive Disease Associates, Main Line Gastroenterology, and Regional Gastroenterology of Lancaster (Regional Gi), about the terms of their agreements.

While our discussions continue, we wanted to explain how you might be affected if new agreements are not reached by January 1, 2021, and these provider groups are no longer in the Independence network.

How you may be affected

Any services you receive prior to January 1, 2021 from Digestive Disease Associates, Main Line Gastroenterology, and/or Regional Gi will be covered according to your benefit plan.
