Low-cost health plans
Low-cost coverage for uninsured adults is made available by Independence Blue Cross. There are several affordable options depending on your situation:
Catastrophic health insurance
If you are under 30 and you qualify for an exemption due to financial hardship, you may be able to apply for the Personal Choice EPO Catastrophic plan.
Other low-cost health insurance options
Even if your age or income doesn’t qualify you for financial assistance, you have options that can help you lower costs. If you live in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, or Philadelphia county, you can always opt for a Keystone HMO Proactive plan. Our Keystone HMO Proactive plans offer access to high-quality care and options to save money.
